Head Of Strategic Processes Support Team, CEE Region. Deputy Of COO
Responsible for leading and managing successful and lean interdisciplinary team in CEE region which covers area of: quality, HSE, energy, real estates, project management and capex handling. Cooperating with 10 site managers of 13 production sites in a daily work and long term planning. Owner and the creator of various roadmaps, individual targets, general sites KPIs and partner in business negotiation with the suppliers. Implementer of CSR/ESG function in the Organisation.
Key achievements:
-Managing tasks with lean organisation.
– Successful implementation of two tiles models within a very short time which allow us to increase company sales by 39%
-Creation of a group roadmap for reducing energy consumption and CO2 emission by 30% by 2030. Achieving strong commitment from the team.
-Decrease gas consumption by 9%, electricity by 11% and CO2 emission by 10% (2022 vs 2020)
-Improving HS results by 33% in LTAs and 55% in severity (2022 vs 2020)
-Preparation of a business case detail calculation incl. risk analysis and sensitivity factors for 2 projects of 10,2mEUR and 96mEUR.

Creating and implementing CO2 policy for the company. Responsible for performance culture implementation in CEE region. Focused on two pillars: people and data management was able to simplify reporting process, eliminate unnecessary reports and streamline information flow reflected later in a increased reliability and credibility of the Operational Team
Key achievements:
-Implementing the new KPI system which in one file collects all most important data for the Sites. Elimination of unused but existing reports and implement data consistency across the organisation.
-Performance culture program creation and implementation.
-Introducing the new site manager in one of the production plants and leading him in the change management (new Organizational structure creation, new bonus system, managerial training for the team leaders).
-Deputy of the Plant Manager in one of the Sites.
-Improving knowledge exchange between Plants.
